We also promote the sale of Dutch food and beverages, agricultural products, and technologies in the United States.

In addition, we work with American, Dutch and European authorities to gain additional market access for agricultural products from the Netherlands.

    Imported food must meet the same standards as food produced in the United States, and many federal agencies are involved in ensuring those standards are met. The kind of food determines which agency, or in some cases agencies, have regulatory authority. Dutch companies can access this guide with detailed information on the requirements for export of food and agricultural products to the United States. The guide also provides links to relevant publications on American agricultural products.
